The Order is goverened from Mark Masons' Hall in London by Supreme Grand Conclave, headed by the Supreme Grand Ruler. Within the British Isles there are 26 Provinces governing the Conclaves of the order. Hampshire & Isle of Wight forms one of those Provinces and has ten conclaves within it.

The Province is ruled by the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler, his Deputy and the Executive Committee. The Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler holds an annual meeting of Provincial Grand Conclave, usually in Winchester on the fourth Saturday of October.
